I read many reviews about this model and decided to take the plunge and for 29 I am so pleased I did! I am not the most technically minded of people but I found it very easy to start loading podcasts and music. The player is very small - fits in the palm of your hand - but it packs an excellent speaker which I have found very useful indeed; the sound isn't bad at all given its size. The radio also works a treat if you have a good signal. I do not regret my purchase at all as I now have a fully mobile mini music centre!!!!

I wonder if the previous reviewer has a faulty radio! I have had my Zen Stone Plus since last July and regularly use the radio when walking the dog (in South Wales). It also works well in North East Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North East and South East of England ( I haven't tried it anywhere else). I have even used the radio on the train. I am delighted with both the radio and MP3 player and would recommend it to anyone who wants a cost effective, truly portable MP3 player with radio functionality.

I'm afraid I havn't tried the radio, so I can't commment on it, but this machine has changed my life! I can't use headphones due to tinitus and can't read books, so I was glued to the sofa before listening to audio books. This machine has such a fabulous speaker and I take it everywhere with me. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you want to listen to audio books.

i bort this mp3 becasue it looks gd n has loadz of features. it definately worth the money it cums with a clip on which is useful, the sound quality is gd n the loud speakers as loud as my fone. o and i thought it wudn display the name of the song but it does which is gdCreative Zen Stone Plus MP3 Player With In-Built Speaker - Pink

Got this a couple of days ago and very pleased with it. My wife has the basic Zen Stone, which is a little difficult to use as it doesn't have a display (I have the Zen Vision M also - I find Creative's media players easy to use and sound great). This does, plus a little speaker on the rear (which you can turn off) which sounds surprisingly decent. Headphones are OK but the unit sounds very good and full with a pair of Sennheiser CX300s. Comes with a translucent skin which allows full use of the controls and allows you to see the display. The skin has a removable clip allowing easy attachment to clothes. Also has an equaliser with 5 bands plus radio. Very good value.
