Just the job. I'm entirely happy with it. March 28, 2007 Lunchtimer (UK) 52 out of 52 found this review helpful
No complaints at all for this product. IT has done all that it said it would. It 'bonded' with my Orange SPV 550 without problem and uses the voicetags in my phone without any re-recording necessary. Only minor irritation, when I updated the firmware via bluetooth (the process worked very well) I had to rebond it with my phone afterwards. It can be a little distracting at night to see the red&green LEDS flashing just above your eyeline - but you get used to it. All in all, a very reasonable handsfree unit at a notbad price (& removable too - no screw holes in the dash!)
Better than headsets September 22, 2007 C. Sinclair 35 out of 35 found this review helpful
IF you don't like wearing bluetooth headsets and you don't want a 'built in' or fixed handsfrre device then this is a great option. Easy to swap from car to car. Pairs upto five phones and auto remembers the last one paired with. Good speaker and microphone and no reports of problems hearing me from people I call. Great battery life and a useful mini usb connector for charging. Comes supplied with a mains charger, but 12v usb chargers a cheap and to be honest with average daily use, battery lasts 7-10 days
Superb hands free kit!! December 17, 2007 I. Lindsay (Bucks, England) 17 out of 17 found this review helpful
If like me you just don't get on with the earpiece style hands free kits, this is the product for you. Setting it up was simple & very quick, you can record all you voice tags & make & recieve calls at the touch of a button. Calls sound crystal clear at both ends. One nice feature, if like me you move from car to van, the unit is totally portable. Again, having a work & private mobile is no problem as upto 4 phones can be paired with the unit. I would definatly recommend this product. In fact, I have even bought one for a friend as a birthday present.
does exactly as is says on the tin December 27, 2007 M. Gibbons (UK) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
This item is a must have for people who dont like the ear piece systems or cant stretch to a fully built in system. Set up was simple and very quick and easy, swith phone to bluetooth (Nokia N95) switch on mini kit wait aprox 5 seconds, there you have it a fully connected speaker. Voice dialing worked fine on nearly all my numbers, i just had to re-record a few. Speaker output is very good i have no problems hearing other people at aprox 3/4 volume and i have had no complaints from the other end even at motorway speeds/noise. (and i have asked them.) Fully portable as well, and so far it has lasted 6 days of "messing" about and regular use, and i havent charged it yet, just used it straight out of the box. Big thumbs up from me.
Just the job January 11, 2008 Richard Grant (Derby, UK) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Didn't want a headset, and certainly do not now as this mounts neatly on the sun visor, is loud and clear enough at motorway speeds (transmit and receive), and is easy to set up. Voice tags work well, and all operations from two buttons and a rotary switch. Be advised that if the software is updated from the parrot website (easy to do) all stored voice tags are deleted.
