Nikon D50 Digital SLR Camera Body Only Black [6MP]

I decided to go down the digital SLR route after using a compact digital camera as I found I could learn and correct any errors very quickly and got to like to see my results straight away .... and to be able to delete the rubbish !.

I "pushed the boat out" and bought the Nikon after doing several weeks of research and price-checking and to say that I am not dissapointed is an understatement. My only one critism is that the camera does not currently come with a data card included.

The camera has a variety of modes for different circumstances and having recently taken it on it's first trip out to the RIAT airshow at Fairford, my shots of the fast-moving aircraft were streets-ahead of anything I have ever managed with traditional film. I suddenly take pictures like a pro and can use the digital technology to share, print, publish etc. with ease.

I do not see how I will ever outgrow this camera and like it's flexibility and set up. It even uses my Nikon and Sigma lenses from my old Nikon 35mm SLR so saves me having to replace my lenses.

All in all I am over the moon with the outcome and can't recommend srongly enough....

Truly an awesome piece of kit and worth every penny .....
