The one thing I found most valuable on this shredder it that it practically never jams - one I had before was a constant hassle to get the paper unstuck, to the point it had become unusable.
I have had the P-40 for a couple of years now and it has practically never jammed: I use it pretty extensively (I have a home office) and shred all paper that has my name/address on it, and other stuff too (including credit cards) and it never let me down.
A real joy to use and totally hassle-free - very warmly recommended.
