Fast sustained write speeds January 14, 2007 Graeme Stewart (Glasgow, Scotland) 76 out of 77 found this review helpful
The most important things about this card, over much cheaper ones of similar capacity, is its write speed. It is rated at 9MB/s. I've tested that it can keep up with my Pentax K10D writing 3 JPEGs a second until the card is full (each JPEG is about 2.5MB). If you have a new digital SLR with a high frame rate then this is a highly recommended card.
Good value, good quality, Very happy October 6, 2007 S. Page (UK) 19 out of 19 found this review helpful
Small, yet large in capacity and fast. even looks good. What more can you want? Can easily cope with video or file storage. Fast in cameras, excellent buy from what has to be the leader in flash cards, SanDisk.
works fine... July 7, 2007 D Deacon (Liverpool, England) 18 out of 24 found this review helpful
Using a Canon A620 and A640 this card works very well indeed. The issue highlighted below relates to ALL cards not just Sandisk and are basically camera dependent - the OS of your camera. I suggest you check the Net and camera/memiry manufacturer before buying ANY SD card.
The fab 2... Giga bytes September 2, 2007 zivi browning (london) 24 out of 34 found this review helpful
Without question, this card is the ultimate in design and spaciousness: it can take around 500 pictures more than its little brother the 1 GB card and works a lot better too! I used cards like this before, but none as powerful, spatious or well-made as this. It`s huge - all any serious photographer [unlike myself] would ever really need or want. I would only really reccomend it to some one who is extremely serious about photography simply because of its huge size. With a chip like this there will be no more deleting of pictures or video clips and you can store data for ages whilst still being an enthusiastic photographer. If your camera can take video clips and you want to use this feature than this card is just the thing for you, because with it one you can have all the benifits of some decent length clips as well as nearly 1000 pics! Enjoy it and deffinitley buy it!
