Bought this for my Mum... January 9, 2007 K. Jamison (Co. Down, United Kingdom) 18 out of 18 found this review helpful
My Mum loves this little gem. She doesn't need to listen to music or watch videos but she does need a handy notebook to make plenty of lists for my Sister and my Gran. This fulfils the basics for her and with Graffiti_2, she can scribble away to her heart's content. As Mum totes it about in her handbag, I'd recommend the Z22 style Proporta case with aluminium insert as the basic unit does not come with a case or a panel to protect the screen - less than twenty pounds but it saves the nerves. If there was one fault, it would have to be the charge indicator. It doesn't report how much charge is left on the battery - my Sony Clie reports it as a percentage - although the Z22 gets charged every two or three days and it keeps its charge well.
Excellent value for money December 26, 2006 H. J. Stafford (Shropshire) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I have had a day updating my PDA with all relevant information having received it as a christmas present and i am thoroughly pleased with it. I havent used the instructions as it is very simple to use. Its easy to sync with the computer to. I think its excellent value for money and I would much rather carry a z22 pda than an a4 diary. I have just ordered a leather case for it to protect it in my pocket.
Best and Cheapest December 29, 2005 40 out of 42 found this review helpful
I wanted one of these simply to keep organised but was overwhelmed by the different types available and the different features of each. This PDA is simple and easy to use, and does everything it says it does. Connects very easily to the pc, however the screen protector (the little plastic thing) is a bit useless, so I peeled that off on day one. This PDA doesn't support music however, and the photos which you can have are low quality, but if you have a budget and are not bothered with tonnes of features, then this is for you. Recommended for students and novices. Top buy.
The Excellent PDA August 18, 2006 ComputerMad (Cumbria, England) 23 out of 24 found this review helpful
I have just bought the Palm Z22 PDA, and I have found it so good and easy to use. For those of us who aren't technophobes but want a simple, not-breaking-the-bank PDA when we already have a great PC/Laptop. It syncs really well with Outlook and true, the display isn't great, but a PDAs main function is to be a personal digital assistant, not a projector. So whether you are technophobe or, like me, spend nearly all your free time and busy time on a computer and have done for years, then this is an excellent PDA that doesn't break the bank.
fab wee diary May 10, 2007 P. J. Mowat (edinburgh, scotland) 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
ok it's not for those seeking an all dancing equiped pda, but this is perfect for my use as a reliable electronic diary. great battery life and easy to use. only gripe is i wish palm offered a more solid stencil with dual ink pen option as with older palm products like my old v model.
