5 out of 5 stars Excellent   September 17, 2008
EYP Student (England)

This is a very good book covering all aspects of leadership in the early years. It links directly to the EYP standards and really makes you reflect upon your practice and how to improve it. This therefore encourages ideas for providing evidence to meet the EYP standards. The regular tasks and assessments are quite simple but very appropriate to the work required. This is a book written by highly qualified and experienced early years professionals for new and developing early years professionals. Highly recommended

Well set out with up to date and relevant information. Loved the scenario roles and reflective tasks. All practitioners should be made to read this book!
