Over the last few months I have bought several books on working as a / becoming a teaching assistant and this one is by far the BEST. It is suitable for all levels and is readable in one sitting and tells you everything you need to know using the least amount of words needed. I would recommend this book as a starter for anyone wishing to become a TA as it sums up what the job entails to a tee and would be useful for reference when writing assignments and also provides helpful tips in offering the children you care for what they deserve.
