Put simply, this book is the most compulsive reading matter I`ve come across since, erm ... The 16th Edition - & that was a right Corker.
The BSi & IET have surely outdone themselves with this Big Bulging Sexy book of regs, offering far more methods of protection to Persons & Livestock than ever dared before.
If I were to die tomorrow through fault of a missing equipotential bond, it certainly wouldnt be due to misinterpretation of this Book which takes safety to almost unparalled levels.

Just what every sparks needs.
Its like the 16th edition.....On safety crack!
Yep for your money (alot of money at that) you get page after page of regulations that you will probably never know but possibly may need one day(but probably wont).
And then be happy when you get the amendments going though the book crossing out the regs that mean nothing and sticking a nice bit of paper in the back of the book.
Unfortunately if this is your line of work you will need it.

We use this book at PPL Training as reference material for the City and Guilds 17th edition wiring regulations training courses. Like its 16th edition version the book from BSI is well laid out and easy to use. It is the only reference material allowed for the City and Guilds online GOLA exam at the end of the course. I would recommend that people attending a 17th ed course purchase this book before coming to PPL Training or another training centre. We have found new students need time to familise themselves with the book and index before the online examination.
Get the book BEFORE the 17th ed or Part P course and it will help you greatly.

Wow, want to get more women? Then read this latest gem from the IEE. Packed with useful stuff to charm the knickers off even the most cool of maidens. So the next time you're out on the pull, or even suffering a dry period with the ladies, just drop the odd regulation in to the conversation, and you'll have her begging for more. Weather it's Part 2 - Definitions, or Part 7 - Special Locations, you're sure to hit the bulls eye with this 'trapping aphrodisiac'.
