My Son has M.E. (chronic fatigue)and so suffers with lots of tiredness and aches and pains.He read about these braclets from a cricket site as hes a keen cricket follower.We bought him one thinking it can either help him or do nothing.Hes had one now for over a year and wears it constantly,the benifits it has brought have been life saving to him.He has found that he can play cricket now without being so tired afterwards and can actually go out with his friends a few times a week when this wasnt the case beforehand.
We have tried the braclet off to see if its just a natural progression in his condition but the pains and tiredness returned within a day.so now it has returned to his wrist and i will be buying a replacement for when the other one is being washed.
This is in no way a cure but it has allowed him to do small things he wouldnt have been able to cope with before wearing.

I have mild lower back pain. It's never so bad that I miss work, but it's uncomfortable and constant. Been wearing the bracelet for about a fortnight. The pain went after a week. Whether the bracelet worked or whether I'm kidding myself that it worked I don't know, but for now am happy to be pain free. I've also been to the gym for the first time in ages, felt some twinges straight after (probably cos I hadn't been for so long), but been ok since.
As to the claims about focus etc improving - can't say I've noticed that, but suppose I'm generally happier as not in constant discomfort.
All I can say is so far so good.
