I suffer from repeated dislocation of the shoulder and found my shoulder to be uncomfortable if id used it too much while it was healing. Also I play alot of sport and wanted to get playing again, sadly I kept dislocating my shoulder so never got to try the brace out on the sport field. But I am now recovering from an op to fix my shoulder so hopefully il be playing again soon. The best thing that has helped me after the op (and before) is the brace. It offers warmth like a hot water bottle helping to ease the pain and tension, and offers support so my muscles dont have to work too hard while they are healing. The only down side is I do get a very sweaty back when wearing it. I'd recommend for anyone who suffers shoulder injury or pain!!
