i so enjoyed stephs latest adventure, the birthday cake bit had me crying tears of joy,it was a wonderfull read i never put it down, and yet having read reviews i was a little worried as they all seemed disappointed, most however wanted stephs relationship with ranger and joe to highten but as far as im concerned this has already been clearly addressed and bounderies established,so for me this book follows on heavenly.a must for all stephs fans, enjoy.

Plum back on form July 3, 2008 L O'connor (richmond, surrey United Kingdom) 0 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is the funniest Stephanie Plum novel there's been for a long time. This time Stephanie has to track down a petty thief called Loretta, who unfortunately is kidnapped. Stephanie ends up babysitting Loretta's son Mario. Loretta's crazy brother Dom thinks that Joe Morelli is the father of Loretta's son. He also thinks that Morelli has nine million dollars buried under his house. Mario (otherwise known as Zook) is something of a problem. first there is his passion for playing a computer game called Minionfire, and soon he has infected Grandma Mazur and all her friends with his passion. Then there is his mania for spray-painting everything with graffiti, including Morelli's dog. There are various other complications, and the story just kept making me laugh all the way through. Janet Evanovich is funnier than ever.
Plum Chaos July 10, 2008 Rangeman (Worcestershire, UK) 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
Fearless Fourteen - Janet Evanovich - June 2008 I thoroughly enjoyed this latest offering from Janet. I have laughed and sniggered my way through the whole Numbers series. The new characters always bring freshness and interest to the books. This is no exception. The usual suspects are all present giving continuity to the series. The long suffering parents, especially Mother, continue to be bewildered by their daughter's choice of job and the antics of Grandma Mazur. When Dad disappears behind his newspaper or his food trouble cannot be far away. The defence of Morelli's home is the focus of fun this time, especially the potatoes! Long may the chaotic life of Stephanie Plum continue. I `m already looking forward to Fifteen ... and hopefully many more thereafter.
