The best fitness dvd I've ever bought!January 9, 2006 73 out of 73 found this review helpful
So many fitness dvds are too fast, don't take time to explain the little bits of info and instead focus too much on the celebrity in it (who isn't always performing the move correctly). This dvd is the complete opposite. The instructor explains clearly how to perform each posture and the breathing that goes with it. Importantly its not too easy either, but does challenge the beginner and offers variation on the posture if you suffer from back problems etc. There is also a 20min intermediate routine once you feel its time for more challenges! This dvd has so far helped me keep my New Year resolution.
Brilliant to help learnJanuary 20, 2005 44 out of 45 found this review helpful
I was a complete beginner and had brought a much harder yoga DVD to start off with. I wasn't sure if I was doing it right so I got this DVD to show things from scratch! It breaks each move down and teaches breathing and core stability which I have learnt is the key to yoga. I wouldn't recommend this DVD for anyone that has attended classes but it's great for first timers.
Great for getting startedDecember 3, 2003 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
This is a good DVD for those of us who have no idea about yoga or the breathing techniques essential to it's results. It's simple, slow and well explained. The expansion of some of the posistions is also really helpfull for when you outgrow this DVD.
Top marks all around!
good workout routine for every day useFebruary 26, 2008 alternative1(turkey) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Having just completed the workout routine for the first time I am pleased that it is one I can do every day, without too much time or trouble. Every pose is explained very easily and can be followed with ease. I recommend this to anyone who likes yoga and wants a routine that is good to do.
