The bracelet, bought as a Christmas gift, was as described and arrived next morning in its pretty box. I also received a brochure with a special offer for 2 and when I rang the company, they were happy to send me another bracelet of my choice and charge me the price difference only. What a great company. Obviously very customer orientated. I would definitely recommend them. If only every internet purchase was as successful as this one.
