(gamertag:monkeroony) see you on xbox live!!! November 7, 2006 D. Burton (u.k) 33 out of 34 found this review helpful
i bought this because my dog ate my ethernet cable and had been meaning to upgrade to wireless for a while anyway. i didnt realise how easy it would be, (or how small!) you simply plug it into the back of the 360 and turn your xbox on and you're nearly done, all that was left for me was to input my wep key and i was downloading demos within minutes and playing online shortly after.
Wow..how easy January 31, 2006 John W. Faulkner (UK) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
Decided to buy this rather than have a cable running down my stairs!...£59 seems steep , but i checked PC ethernet bridges and they werent much cheaper...so decided to go for this.....and how glad i am, i just plugged it in and it worked , no set up and it clips to the back of your Xbox 360 for those who like things neat and tidy!
welcome to wireless January 16, 2006 Joe Shaw (Sheffield, UK) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
This is a nice item, and a must have if you have a wireless home network and want xbox live without miles of chunky grey cabling. It has a nice range, and works pretty much lag free even in between floors of houses, and I can even see my next door neighbour's wireless network. Very easy to set up, pop in your network details and away you go. I have known it not to work properly with a friend's router, from Belkin. However, another of my friends owns a belkin wireless router and it works perfectly. I use it with a BT voyager router and haven't looked back. This is not a cheap piece of equipment by a long stretch, however i don't particularly find it overpriced, as wireless access points and wireless cards for pc are not much cheaper and are often much more of a hassle to set up. My verdict: It does what it is supposed to do without lag, and is easy to set up even for a complete beginner in wireless internet access. A top-hole item that i would highly recommend.
Easy!! September 10, 2006 Freeps (Brighton) 22 out of 23 found this review helpful
I have a wireless set up at home running a desktop PC and a laptop, I have a Belkin wireless Router and had a hell of a job getting it to work with my ISP AOL (yeah yeah i know!!!)so I kinda got myself ready for an afternoon of grief when I wanted to hook my Xbox 360 up to go live, but I have to say it was easy, and i mean very very easy, you just plug the Xbox 360 Wireless Bridge into the port at the back of the console find your Network, pop in the keycode and your off and running, this is a must have product for anyone wishing to play live games and the ease of use far outweighs the cost.
Pricey but worth it. April 18, 2007 C. Wilkinson (Kent, England) 21 out of 22 found this review helpful
After my mum was complaining that I was always using her TV I thought it was about time I took my 360 to my bedroom. The only problem was that I couldn't play online as my xbox was no where near my wireless router. So I had to take the plunge and splash out 50 to have the convenience of wireless. At first I thought the price was extorcionate but now I have no regrets. I can play on xbox live as much as I like now virtually lag free considering my router is at the other end of the house. If you are considering buying one just do it.
