Fight night is the ultimate boxing game on the PS3. The graphics are fantastic, the sounds are great and most importantly, the game play is brilliant.
You can create your own boxer to use in an offline multiplayer battle, play multiplayer (off and online) and you can complete a career with a boxer; whether it be your own or an existing boxing star.
For 35 quid (or in the region of 25 on ebay)
you cant really go wrong.

all you would expect from ea sports fight night. once you start playing you don`t want to put it down, the boxing in first veiw which i have been waiting for is solid and i don`t play it but it wasn`t as good as i thought it would be anyway if you lkie fighting games you`ll love this one

Fight Night Round 3 brings back Fight Night, the undisputed champion of boxing games. It's one of the best looking and playing sports games on the market. Now it takes the action outside the ring -- where gamers can establish rivalries through pre-fight events, putting purpose and passion behind every hit. It's the closest thing to being in the ring without getting punched. Film-quality graphics - Gamers rely on facial expressions and body language to gauge an opponent's health and energy creating a more emotionally immersive experience. Since i got bored of all of my other games i needed abother game to play so i bought fight night and it was a great decision.
The graphics are the best iv seen. When you hit a counter punch and slow motion kicks in it is that detailed that you can see the sweat and blood on the fighters face. The controls are not to hard and you get used to it after a couple of fights. Sound in the game is also great. Your boxer would grroan loudly if hit hard. There are many places to hit your opponent; left,right ribs,stomach,cheeks,chin. There are many punches to throw such as counter punch, upper cut, left jab, right jab, left hook, right hook. You can fight the likes of sugar ray and ricky hatton and you can make your own boxer and gain experience, money and reputation.
This game is an absolute must buy to experience the adreneline rush of trying to knock out your opponent in a fun amazin 12 rounds. When your opponent is down you feel like your the boxing king.

This is an absolutly fantastic game. I have only had it for one day and I cant stop playing it. The Get in the Ring mode is alot harder than third person because you cant see if your oppenent is leaning back or not but is alot more realistic. It puts you in third person and makes you take every blow like you are in the game. The career mode is also great! I havent done much of it yet but the parts I have done are very good. The characters are very realistic and the arenas make you feel like you are actually in the arena.
I really reccommend this to everyone out there even if you know nothing about boxing.
