Superb May 23, 2006 J. Simmonds (Surrey, England) 44 out of 44 found this review helpful
Living in a hard water area I needed an iron with a calc-clean function which this iron has unlike my previous iron which spat and left marks all over the garment I was ironing, which was so bad it needed washing again. It is a superb iron which steams like a dream through the ironing pile it is quite heavy but this is not a disadvantage as it can remove creases a lighter weight iron can't handle. The only slight complaint I can make is the frequency with which it needs refilling. However, this is a small minus point in a iron which has so many advantages over all irons I have previously owned, and they have been many, that I still rate it a 5 stars.

Really good iron particularly for the person who detests ironing as much as I do. Since owning this iron however I have kept all ironing up to date! Good shot of steam, only downside is that it requires filling with water on a regular basis. Love the fact it lets me know when I have left it switched on and not used it.

We bought this iron 4 months ago and it has been great! I am not a fan of ironing but i could tell the difference it makes comparing to our previous iron. I managed to iron a bit faster maybe because of the weight not sure. The amoutn of steam coming out is very substancial and we like the ceramic plate and also the heat resistant iron cover so we could put the iron away immediately after use without having to leave it to cool down. Now, I don't mind ironing so much. We are glad we purchased the this iron.

i am very pleased with this purchase. the iron is superb, it really saves the time and effort you put into ironing, even makes it a bit enjoyable:) It is quite bulky and big, and even though it might sound as a minus, i think it actually is an advantage as you do not have to put extra pressure when trying to get rid of those seemingly unironable creases. the price is very good, i checked argos online and it is nearly 15 more expensive. Good buy, good value - do not hesitate, get it and you won't be disappointed!
