Very pleased with my purchase. Access to the easily removed filter (can be filled in situ) & wide openings for filling with water are under the one lid. Its well made & solid. The non drip facility relates to removing the glass beaker to pour a mug of coffee whilst it is brewing - works well although instructions advise to return to hot plate within 30 seconds. The design is easy to keep clean & it even makes great coffee! In short you will not be disappointed.

This is a good coffee maker: well designed, sturdy, stable, decent capacity but still compact, easy to use, makes a good cup of coffee.
Postscript: Six months later it stopped working. Still under guarantee so being replaced, but all the same a bit of an inconvenience.

This is a great coffee maker at a great price. It is very compact, and takes up less space than my previous "compact" one. The most important thing for me is the coffee is piping hot, which is where my last one failed. Definitely one worth buying.

I use 2cup filter papers even though they aren't necessary and get fast, piping-hot coffee that stays that way for several hours without spoiling. Jug is non-drip, machine is compact and easy to clean.
