I just took delivery of the Cuisinart food processor & I am really impressed by the build quality. The cast metal motor case is surprisingly heavy & solid, giving a real feel of quality. The bowl has a clever safety latch system & the level of design detail even extends to the way the whisk & blades fit together. The 20 year motor & parts guarantee express the confidence that they obviously have in this machine. I really look forward to being creative with it!
