This is a wonderful machine, easy to use, easy to clean. I am very pleased with mine. I do recommend cleaning immdediately after use - that way the machine is ready to go whenever you feel like a smoothie. Also, the smoothie comes out of the tap best while the motor is still running.

This is my first smoothie maker and i'm very happy with it, powerful blades seem to get through all fruits with minimum of fuss, once the fruit is pushed down with the enclosed plunger. Very easy to clean as breaks into easily washable bits.
Only slight problem is the noise but guess thats a trade off for the power.
Tap works very well, can't see what previous reviewers refer to as there seems no problems maybe time will tell, but leave the machine running whilt pouring the drink out our else as the thinker liquid settles down the bottom you'll be waiting ages.
Absolutely fantastic, and a great way to get loads of fruit added into the diet.

very good machine, very easy to set up and use.
My kids love it and its a good way of getting them to eat more fruit, i did think it might be difficult to clean but even this was pretty straight forward.
My only concern is the tap which seems that it may not last for very long ( poor design ).
Buy one because at least your kids will enjoy seeing fruit torn to pieces.
