Having never owned a projection clock before, I was unsure as to what to expect. I needn't have been worried. The clock is compact so doesn't take up a lot of room on my bedside table. The display can be lit by the touch of a button but the projection feature means this is hardly necessary. The alarm is easy to set and the volume is adequate to wake me up. The date and temperature feature were not a requirement of mine but a useful bonus.
