I bought Poppy the penguin for my girlfriend recently and she is very happy with it. The lavender scent isn't overpowering as we feared and when its heated in the microwave, its very warm but and there seems to be nothing to worry about in terms of it getting too hot.
It is also of good quality and the plush feel will appeal to children and adults alike. Its an excellent gift if you are looking for something a little different.
I bought mine through the company's website. The product came in good time and there was no problem with packaging.
