** Please note that the delivery rates for Electronics & Photo, Home & Garden and Toys items are related to their boxed-product weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its product information page on the website, rounded up to the nearest 1 kg. Where the weight of an item is not displayed on the product information page, only the basic per-item delivery fee will be charged.

Item weights displayed on the product information pages are taken from sources which we believe to be reliable and will be used as the basis for calculating the delivery fees for the items. However, the accuracy of the weights displayed for each item is not guaranteed by us.

As Marketplace orders are dispatched from different individual sellers, you pay a separate delivery charge for each item you order. This is the case even if you order a number of items from the same seller at the same time. Therefore, to calculate the total delivery charge, add together the appropriate delivery rates for each item.

You'll also pay a separate delivery charge for any Amazon items in the same order. For example, if you place one order that contains three Amazon items and two Marketplace items, there'll be three separate delivery charges: one charge for the Amazon items and one charge for each of the Marketplace items.

Note: Items sold by Marketplace sellers in the US or Canada are subject to the destination-specific delivery rates listed above. However, they may also be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country.

Sellers are expected to dispatch goods directly to the customer within two working days of the order being placed. Packages dispatched from the UK generally arrive within the following time-frames (depending on the postal service used):

• UK: 1-4 working days
• Europe: 3-7 working days
• US and rest of world: 7-12 working days

For packages dispatched from outside the UK, you should allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

If you don't receive your package after this time, contact your seller and let them know.

Super Saver Delivery is not available for Marketplace orders.

Because Marketplace orders are fulfilled by individual sellers, not by Amazon UK, you pay online as soon as you place your order via Amazon Payments--a safe and secure way to pay--without disclosing your bank account details to anyone but us. The appropriate charge is included in the amount you pay.
